Born in Idaho, April is the fourth generation in her family to be raised on a true working commercial cattle ranch in the small town of Leadore, Idaho.

April opened her own law firm and worked as an attorney, focusing her practice on contract and agriculture related issues. She operated her own firm until her first child was born in 2003. April received her real estate license and joined the Iten Company in 2000. She purchased the company in 2013.
Jane has been licensed as a Montana real estate agent since 1981. Upon relocating to Montana in 1968, she became one of Montana’s first female outfitters and guides, hunting from her own ranch, which helped her a background in ranch specialization. Pristine properties bordering national forests and riparian areas with potential as recreational ranches have been her emphasis for over 20 years. She approaches all listings and sales with enthusiasm and vigor.
Jane and her her husband Mick have a cabin on Alert Bay in the waters of Canada where they enjoy salmon fishing in the summer, carefully planning their visits so they return home for the kickoff of the U of M Griz football season! In 2012 Jane sold the business and is now focusing on what she does best, selling!
Molly is an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking with her dogs. She absolutely loves and enjoys all that the Bitterroot and Montana has to offer.
As a life-long resident of the Bitterroot, Molly is familiar with every trail, stream and mountain range in the area.
